Sue nodded energetically, again with her index finger to her mouth, and another pointed to her ear, hoping she’d get the message. At this rate, she’d have to do this another ten times throughout the day. 

She turned to other girl, and remembered she wrote her name on the first page of her notebook. So she turned to it and showed it to them. 

She felt great - she was getting along with these girls nicely. Or at least she hoped it was. No matter, one has to start somewhere and this was Sue’s start.
