Nytem4re, there are three issues that need fixing: the picture for your character's appearance is broken, provide an explanation as to why your character has a rifle instead of a handgun, and the Optical Camouflage needs to have a time limit or something similar.

MagusDream, it seems the "Other Tool(s)" part of the CS is the only thing you need. However, I would like for you to go in more detail about how the curses work and what sort of black magic can the cards produce.

Just to note, I'm not officially accepting any of the characters just yet. I neglected to include this in the opening post (I included in the int. check for this RP) but I'm only going to be accepting a limited number of characters so I'll wait until all the apps are finished before I choose. My apologies for not mentioning that in the opening post for those who didn't see the int. check thread.
