Doesn't work that way... Class is your overall rating it bypasses Rank, A B-class shinobi will always beat a D-class shinobi (unless he's borderline retarded) no matter if the D-class is chunin, jonin or a kage(selecting a d- class shinobi as a kage would be messed up lel.)
