Chrome does have that...it's a setting you use when you close out. When you open it again it has all the open tabs from last time you were on it on that device. 

And can't use that much because I'll have several tabs open while playing Skyrim or the Sims(both use ridiculous amounts of RAM) and my netbook works just fine switching between

But alas, to each their own haha :)

I can't wait until this starts...this will be my first rp on here in awhile and this just sounds awesome(I'm kind of a medieval geek if you can't tell)
