Persona made two explosions: One in a Construction Corporation the other a News building. Now he is holding up a bank, but doesn't want the money... also there is a second bomb in the now Silver's Construction threatening to topple the scraper in two minutes. Two of the heros have attempted to take action against Persona who is shifted into The Joker.
