Kaka felt something slimy crawling up his leg and looked to see a cobra. He almost gave a look of fright, but soon covered it up with a brave face. He growled at it.

Anga was in her little corner by now which was inside the den, thinking of things she would do to her pride and brother. [i]Those things will have to wait till I'm older.[/i] She thought as she continued to sit there.

Kiyana had finished her morning patrol and was on her way to Pride Rock. When she reached the cave, she only saw her daughter although she knew her son was with her sister so she didn't see any need to worry. She walked up to her daughter. "What are you still doing here, Anga?" She asked.

"I did not feel like exploring with [i]him[/i]" Anga said, keeping her composure.

"That's the spirit." Karai commented before looking back at the Pride Lands. [i]Kiyana, enjoy your freedom while it last.[/i] "One day, that land will be ours." He said merely to himself.

Zane finished his drink and went for a walk in the jungle, not really paying much attention to anything. [i]Those two-leggeds(humans) will pay.[/i] He thought with a frown.
