Eikki watched the whole scene unfold with a mix of amusement and bedazzlement. The beautiful creature known as Imalia enticingly teased the poor faerie, and had Eikki not come inside the tent, Imalia would have earned herself god-knows how many months as a freak. Killing was forbidden in carnival grounds, killing and eating would be even worse. But, then again...how many people knew JeSi was was there? how many people would miss her if she was devoured by the siren? and would it be traced to Imalia at all? Question started to well up inside his mind as he approached her tank. He could not care less about the fate of the faerie that had been under Imalia's grasp. What he cared, however, in a strange manner towards her, was that the order and will of mr. Reficul should be mantained: no killing inside the carnival. And by the way it looked, Eikki firmly believed Imalia was stopped just as she was about to devour the JeSi."Damnit...i should have brought my lantern..." he thought to himself. It would have been very useful for him, to hypnotize Imalia. As his attention now completely foucsed on the mermaid, Eikki shifted back into his merfok form: dark green skin, tentacles as hair and beard, eyes as black as space, predatory mouth expertly concealed under his beautiful lips. He moved forward, closer to the tank, with serpentine motion, staring deeply at Imalia's eyes. It could not be said that the siren didn't have any hold over Eikki at that very moment, but it was very maleable. Eikki prided himself of his strong will, and that was exactly what got him through all the 85 years in the carnival...among other things. The merfolk waved his hand above the ground as he slithered close to Imalia's tank, and beneath his tail, the ground started shifting from brown to bright red, blue and white in color, becoming coral and rising him up, until he could stare the mermaid at the same height as her, his deep eyes atempting to penetrate her soul. "Imalia...", was all he could say at first. Her beauty, combined with her allure, was starting to make the male feel dizzy. Perhaps it had not been such a good idea to enter that place...perhaps he should've just let JeSi be devoured and go back to his tent, to suffocate himself with cigarettes and numb his mind with alcohol. Blinking his eyes a couple times and summoning all his supernatural force of will, he sobered up a bit from her influence, and the words came out more naturaly. "Imalia...i came here...for a chat. I think right now, you are the only one that shares my...feelings. If you have any, that is...". Keeping his tail firmly wrapped around the coral plateau he had terraformed, the fish-man, although not yet hypnotized, could not keep his eyes away from the mermaids outstanding beauty. For the entirety of his time there, it felt like Rosalina was but a distant memory, as was Andracos and his stupid schemes. His heart filled with joy at the thought and he let his eyes bask in Imalia's face and features.
