In case of humans, the eyes are most easily damaged, causing blindness. But if exposed to skin, it'll deal a nasty burn, which depending on the severity, can take months or years to heal. And if it gets into the bloodstream, it will poison the person, maybe even causing cardiac arrest. 
If a large amount of it is exposed, then water has no effect. Only a strong base will neutralize the effects then. 
It all really depends on how much of her blood is exposed for it to have its full effect.
I based this all on the properties of Hyrdofluoric Acid, so if you know Chemistry, you can easily come up with chemicals that'll neutralize/exacerbate the effects of her blood.[/quote]
