Heyo! So, I really havent made a rp in a [i]really[/i] long time like good god. But I remember this one rp I was a part of and it included a bar and the people who owned it were actually mythical/ magical/ supernatural beings. So I thought it'd make a pretty damn good rp! So here are the details and suchness. [s]I humbly apologize for how horrible it may be. I haven't made a roleplay in a hella long time.[/s]

[hider=The Stained Lass]A mythical man by the name of Nox ran this bar, his adopted sister Cassandra (Cas for short) helps out in the shop. They were a broken sort of family, not really adopted in terms of legal papers. They found each other and stayed together, like a normal functioning family. If, that is, they were by any means [i]normal[/i]. Together they ran The Stained Lass, an infamous bar near the red-light district in a not-so-small town of Phoenix, Oregon was opened every night except for the night on the full moon. No one was allowed in.Unless, you were one of [i]them[/i]. By [i]them[/i] I mean living myths such as werewolves, vampires, and witches oh my! The two owners are well known across the US and are even gossiped about in Canada. They themselves weren't the most gossiped part. 
It was the bar itself. The Stained Lass was built the same day Phoenix was made into a town, a real treasure still living in its prime. The Stained Lass was a place of peace for the mythical, magical, and supernatural. Itself was all of the above for it was always changing the exterior every 5 or so years and it was far more roomier than the exterior might suggest.The comforting atmosphere that never faded seemed to even settle to most psychotic of spirits or creatures. Of course the humans couldn't tell the difference unless they were told by some drunken fay or vampire (they can hold their blood but heaven forbid they hold their liquor) or even a trusted friend of a creature, it was oblivious to them that it was truly a den for the creatures of the night. Races mingled every day and every night, not a single serious fight to turn up (unless you were an ogre whose drink was stolen by a troll. Then you just need to get out quick, fast, and in a hella of a hurry). 
The Stained Lass is also a place to find work. Not normal jobs, heavens no. Politicians who needed a bit of help or extra security or even some type of removal of sorts e-mailed Nox on a weekly, sometimes even daily basis. He, of course, set out only jobs that weren't too shady or secretive or risky. Cas was in charge of the details and, on the more riskier jobs, would somehow find a way to help them with that job. She was in charge of a lot more than this but tends to keep things to herself.

 1.) Follow Mahz' rules of course
2.) Go ahead and fill the Family: category with an N/A if your character doesn't have any.
3.) No one is invincible so if you somehow die in this rp, you are DEAD. Unless you are revived somehow and you can't do it out of nowhere. You aren't allowed to be more than 20,000 years old. You'd be an old lady or man. Vampires are the ONLY exception, but 50,000 is the limit.
4.) Magic is allowed in this rp. However if your character uses a time magic spell or something of the like, I ask you please to not use it or come up with one. You are allowed to turn people into toads and the like but sorcerer's and sorceresses tend to more conservative. 
5.) Romance is okay just keep things PG13. I like smut as much as the next person but lets have some decency.
6.) Another thing on magic, magic tends to make people tired after a few or so spells. If you're spewing out more then 20 an hour, your character should be in the hospital. [i]Limit yourself.[/i]
7.) You're allowed any number of characters but please, play them all or kill some off.
8.) The mythical, magical, and supernatural world is a hush-hush secret. You can be a human but we need to know why and how you know, ya know?
9.) The bar is just a bar, no dance floor or anything. We don't like mingling with the muggles. [s]yea Harry Potter joke, I'm lame shush[/s]
10.) Please please please [b][i]please[/i][/b] respect the other role players. If you need to chitchat, theres this magical option of a private message. [s]I'm not trying to be mean or anything but if your business is [i]your[/i] business. Not ours.[/s]
11.) Not everything is going to be centered around the bar, so change it up a bit. Wake up in an alley, go to Dennys for lunch, go get fired, or take a job. Hell, get mugged when you're drunk and go for payback but make it legal. Please.
12.) Go ahead and use bad words. I've been to highschool. I know most and probably even all of them, so I really don't mind.
13.) For the love of god, stay true to your CS. If your character is timid and shy, she/ he is not going to go kissing/ flirting every person they meet.
14.) Your character can't be the 'king' or 'queen' of any creature. Last survivor of a certain species of that race? Sure, no problem. Leader or alpha of [i]your[/i] pack (not the whole thing)? Hella cool. 
15.) If you would like to start an adventure of some sort, let me know first please. Maybe a lot of us are getting spirited away or killed by unknown people.

Personality: Nox is what most people would call a mellow fellow. Being slow to anger, he can take about any amount of verbal abuse. He's not one to drink the fancy concoction's he serves and prefers the wine he's bought over the year's. He's not innocent in the least and, like the wolf he is, he's quite cunning and has a certain way with words. Nox is oddly quite the mother hen towards Cas and not easily persuaded by any one person.
History: Nox is one of the last surviving members of his species the Midnight Wolves. The werewolf race itself is in no danger, only a few or so species are dying out some faster than others. He's done nothing major with his life the first thousand years or so, simply enjoy his life. He was an omega in his pack but he was one of the stronger pack members. He was originally from Greece but frequently traveled around Europe and eventually stayed in Siberia for a number of years. After a rather heated argument with his Alpha, he went back home to Greece and never returned. To this day, he's never visited Siberia. Nox learned his mellow, friendly attitude/ personality by helping travelers through the forest he lived in. Eventually he immigrated to America and has been there ever since (excluding the occasional vacation to his homeland). He founded The Stained Lass in 1854 when the town of Phoenix was known as Gasburg. To this day, he makes lame jokes about the forgotten name. Around this time he'd found a shapeshifter orphan named Cassandra Willis who was around 77 years old, still young for one of her kind. He took her initially to get her on her feet. Cas ended up staying and soon enough Nox considered her his family. Thanks to her, he started to invest in some medical supplies and tools.
