Name: Shrapnel Lantern Name: Sinestro Corps. Species: Denizen Age: 7 Appearance: Shrapnel looks similar to that, however he consists of a dark blue metal rather than stone, and the eye in his chest is replaced with his Yellow Lantern Power Battery, which is covered by a metal plate during combat. His ring is attatched to the small helmet-like piece of metal that serves as his head. Backstory: Denizens live on a small planet that is used primarily for dumping garbage and scrap. No one really knows that the Denizens are there because the Denizens are naught more than psychokinetic energy, sentient, but without form. The Denizens simply stand by and let the other species use their planet as a dump because although Denizens can transfer their sentience into any object they please, none have dared to, for the effect is irreversible. However, one Denizen was willing to risk it. Within a week, all refuse hauling companies refused to make trips to that small planet. Those who did either never left, or left covered in scars, incoherently stuttering about a whirlwind of metal. Shrapnel took a sort of sick joy in causing fear in those who opposed him, so he continued on, drifting through space until he found somewhere suitable to wreak havoc, and instill fear in the helpless masses. One fateful day, he was approached by a ring, glowing yellow in the dark vacuum of space. Thus began Shrapnels reign of terror. Using his new found abilities, not only was he able to gain control of his form, no longer simply a flurry of metal, he gained the power beyond imagination that came with his ring. However, the new threat was not alien to him. He knew that the Manhunters would become a threat to him at some point, and decided it was time to drop his aura of pure chaos and hostility, and join forces with those who oppose the Manhunters.
