Big reason I left Facebook was it was always the same shit, over and over. Canned, boring status updates, people bragging about stuff, the weekend bar updates, so on. You could set a watch to it. There was nothing to gain from it, and everything to lose, give how shady the company is with private information. Plus, the oversharing. Dear god. Groups don't help either, because you know how anonymity brings out the worst in people.
