Lily held tighter onto Eva and cried "Eva look what they did" as showed her a bruise a nasty black and blue one on her arm. Eva angry gasped and in a soft voice "it okay sweetie I will fix it it okay I'm here you won't ever get hurt like this" she showed jack and looked at the lady. "How the heck did this happen? Why was she in a foster home?" 
The lady spoke "now listen we going to keep her here but a nice lady said they could take her where she can play with other kids for the night. They said she wasn't listening about having candy and went to grab a candy bar so they grabbed her"
"They grab her and give her a bruise it child abuse. She shouldn't of been there you should of called and asked me or the aunt. Expect lawyers showing up tomorrow. Jackie let go" 
Eva turned and carried lily out and set her in the car and handed her a drink then shut the door looked at jack pissed and tears fell. "How could they do this? I'm so pissed Jackie I want to go back in their and yell at them and kick their ass"
