I was wrong about the +1, forgot about daylights saving time.
I live in western europe, so I'm in CEST (Central European Summer Time). That's UTC +2 (2 hours later than in Universal Coordinated Time)
It's 9 AM in greenwich. If it's 4 AM where you are you live in UTC - 5. So eighter north or south of.. about chicago I think.
