To better answer in order:
1) Our own rooms as stated in my last post. 
2) It really depends on what you use them for. If it something small like greetings, words of advice, etc. then do as you please. However, if it is bigger you should ask or check in with me. Also just give a heads up before you use them so you don't use them and then another ends up using the same character and then there is endless confusion... lol 
3) We are in New York. I don't know much about the current happening and stuff as my comic knowledge is well... Yeah... So New York.
