Chester can teleport any part of his body (either separate or all together) to any place at will, instantly.

An odd fellow, he seems not to pick sides on anything. He prefers not to get into politics, as he finds it rather dull. He enjoys asking answerless questions. He will often pick out a random stranger, follow them for a while, and and observe them. Despite his odd mannerisms, he is actually quite formal and polite.
[B]History:[/B]
Once a respected nobleman, that title has now long been forgotten. He is now simply known as an odd entity, that one may happen to cross while traveling a dark forest at night. He often can be spotted from the white teeth of his smile, and the silky smooth tone of his voice. He often will speak nonsense, and ask unanswerable questions to a weary traveler, and may even follow them on their journey. However, he rarely takes part in anything. He simply observes them, interested in whether or not they succeed at what they are trying to achieve. He is incredibly hard to track down, due to his power of teleportation. This has helped him remain neutral in many wars.
