*Royal Decree: Her chain can control other chains, contracted or not. However, there is huge price for Skye to pay for every chain she controls, so she can't use this ability wildly and carelessly. 
*Angel's Light: Heals Contractor and their friends. 

Personality: Skye is a very stoic person at first glance, with a good poker face. She hardly ever smiles, and she is quite mistrustful. There will be times where she will be brutally honest to someone, but that's when she either feels that she's not endangering herself with the truth, or when she feels comfortable enough around someone. She hates people who manipulate others just like her parents tried to manipulate her (in turn, that will lead her to hate herself later). If someone is friends with her long enough, then she will show them her kind and caring side (but would blush and lie about her intentions).

Bio: Skye grew up in a very strict family, that was positioned near the very top of nobility, where she was expected to be a proper lady and was abused when she rebelled against her parents' wishes. Her parents just had her so she could take over their household when they passed on (they tried to have a son, but after having Skye, the mother became sterile). They only saw Skye as a pawn and she hated it. One day, when her parents 'punished' Skye for trying to run away with a childhood friend, she accidentally made a contract with the White Queen, the household family's chain. The seal appeared on Skye's necklace, given to her by her childhood friend who tried to help her run away. What happened after that, Skye doesn't remember, but she was found by a member of Pandora and was brought to the branch as a new recruit. As a new recruit, only the leaders of Pandora know what her chain is, and they consider her as a trump card. She has kept her chain a secret, not intently, but just by not having people ask her about it. In all honesty, if anyone were to ask her about it, she wouldn't know anything, because she hadn't used her chain since the incident with her parents, and she doesn't remember what happened then.
