Well when I look at the flow of the story, I think Zac never responded to Aang's decision to let him come along. You can write Zac's response to that and take control of Aang to make conversation. Then he can write about how he saw Kali and Althea come back from their 'walk'. You might even transition to the following morning where Zac leaves with Zuko and Aang to the Sun Warrior Ruins.
