"what can I say?" Tora laughed softly, her cheeks gently coloring with pink. "I like to help people." Together, they made it to the school in a reasonable amount of time, despite the heart stopping adventure with the truck earlier. Tora had happily shared a few more of the orange rolls with Patty, especially after she watched how fast the girl had finished the first one, the both of them happily working through the contents of the bag. As they reached the top of the stairs to the entrance of the brick building, she threw the paper sack into the garbage can and held open the door to the interior of the school, the sound of a multitude of teenagers floating out to them in an indecipherable cacophony of sound. Adjusting her backpack on her shoulders, Tora tilted her head slightly towards her blue haired companion. "So, Patty, what do you have for first hour? I've got math to suffer through."
