Elekid being Level 6 I can deal with, as the travels would certainly make it more experienced. But I'll have to ask you to drop Mach Punch, as I don't think he can even learn it. If anyone can correct me on that, then perhaps he could learn it later on, but he can't start off with it. I'm already adding you to the accepted characters' list.
