One of the things i've wondered is how humans are the only species to do civilization building.

So I made this idea where lizard men 65 million years ago did just that, and also it's why mars is a dead planet now.

Though it sounds like it has been done before too, even though I bet their lizard men somehow existed for sixty five million years after that without changing or taking over the world again a few thousand years later.
