Katherin parked the Ladybug a block away from the bank when the second explosion took place. The crowd gathered here wasn't as large as the one at the first explosion. Which made it easier to get close to the scene itself, but also made it more difficult not to attract attention. She studied the scene gathering what data she could. Hoping that she could gather find something unique. 

Looking at her watch Katherin saw she still had a few hours before she had to meet Niesha at her new house. She needed to find a place to pick up a couple of police scanners. One for Ladybug and one for the house. That way she would knew where the action was at all times. Then Katherin planned to drive around town until 4. Something told her that the chaos of the day had only just started.
