Not thing to knit pick, but there's a dew things wrong with that post that cause issues with the already established Exoria world:

1. Nobody aside from Rectja, Audra and one guard know that Maarcuu is a GLIP agent, they just know there's a bounty out for the Beastman with the specific design.

2. You just threatened a majorly powerful crime lord in a room full of his friends. He doesn't care if the G.L.I.P. shows up or even if its revealed that he hired the Enimorg to destroy the Ulysses. It'll only further his reputation of his fearsome nature and ruthlessness.

3. Seeing as how Norrux Mirugal is as far away from the G.L.I.P. and Agerna as possible, nobody would know the identity of Audra except Rectja and the main group of people, but specifically Maarcuu, Vash, and Ana.

4. I should have mentioned this, so its no fault of yours, but I prefer having the NPC I created (Rectja) being played by me when it comes to posts concerning his involvement. I have a specific idea for how he acts, but you basically described him as an official Jabba the Hutt ripoff.

5. Another thing concerning Rectja: he would have Joker shot on sight if he even mentioned betraying him or trying to blackmail him. He is insanely powerful, so it would be like throwing a pea at a dragon and hoping it would work. All you do is piss off the dragon and get your ass handed to you in the insuing fight.
