I haven't started again, yet, since I want to give others a chance to respond more, so it's okay by me.

I just figured we'd all argue without a majority.
And then, y'know, distress call would interrupt it.
Mark tags along and makes himself useful. Gets indoctrinated. Everyone's (not really-but-kinda) happy.
