The more people know about a imaginary location the higher the chance that it would "Arrive" to RP's Earth with larger parts of itself. So Heaven from the Bible would probably be around and fighting Hell, on the other hand an anime cloud bring in a whole continent or just a single city, depending on how many people know about it, but a setting that exists only in a mind of a single person cloud only bring, with a good certainty, a single character.

Now characters are tied to a certain setting right? For example Orc from Azaroth are part of the Warcraft universe? That universe has certain rules and laws in which it works?
An "Arrived" character would using the rules and laws of its own world not of ordinary, poor RP's Earth. So for example a character which can't die in its setting cloud never be killed by humans from the RP's Earth.

Now a question arises. What happens when two characters from different universes clash? The more known characters would reduce the power of the less known ones. (BTW that means that Buddha (as a deity not person) and the major Hinduist gods are pretty much the most powerful of all characters which cloud appear in this RP).
