"It shouldn't be that obvious since it was a feeling I had inside and no I'm not. I have that ability, but I never use it since I don't really need it unless it's absolutely necessary." Meira answered in her own defense toward Fenrir's accusation which accused her of reading her own mind. She thought for a moment to herself then decided to walk back into the house and fetch some her Alura which she did. When she returned she held out in her hand a rather large brown sack that contained Alura coins. Many were inside the sack and it almost reached completely up to the mouth of the bag with coins. "There, that should be more than enough. Get yourself something to eat and some fresh new clothes while you're at it if you want to." Meira replied as she handed Fenrir the sack that contained Alura inside of it. Meanwhile downstairs Ranathia was still tidying up and the two that were in the room with Meira earlier were no longer able to be seen. Ranathia wasn't going to ask what happened since it was her fault for asking Meira to go downstairs and into this room after all. She wouldn't scold her later and would just leave it as that. Besides, supper was probably almost ready and nothing really out of the ordinary happened downstairs. Something struck Ranathia as strange when she walked over toward the table that had the forbidden text on it and saw that it was opened on another table that was off to the side of where the notes lay. She thought to herself for a moment before she closed the book. Meira must have been flipping through the pages of this book. Guess she wasn't done with it so she forgot to close it. No big deal, I'll close it for her and put a bookmark where she is in it so far. Ranathia picked up one of the bookmarks and placed it in the part where it was open to then closed the book Something still didn't seem right though she shrugged it off not thinking much about it. There were papers with all kinds of writing on them laying on the table too and she thought those were Meira's as well. She piled them into one neat pile on the table with the forbidden tome that was laying there sitting on the table that was parallel from the other table that used to contain the book that made Meira go berserk before she looked around in the room some more to see if anything else was out of the ordinary. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ "I see." Erialyss answered as she heard Rhadamanthus side of the story before he dismissed himself. She knew he was too busy to really question though she wasn't quite sure what to make of his story. If it was true Alice had been there at the scene of the problem then perhaps she could shed some light on what actually had gone on. She would wait until Alice settled down and was more comfortable talking about the incident before she would go find her and ask herself. It wasn't her job though if someone was causing problem in her nation she wanted to know about it firsthand. She had just remembered that she invited a guest who was a paladin to the coronation ceremony to act as extra protection so that it went on smoothly. She leaned over her desk and told the guard to go ahead and let him in since she knew he was waiting outside while she was talking with Rhadamanthus. Outside the room, Rhadamanthus passed by the person, "So you're..." Before he stopped shaking his head deciding he didn't really care where he added, "No,it's none of my business. Carry on." He said as he made his way out of the audience room and headed back to where he was stationed earlier. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Meanwhile Luther headed toward the house where he was instructed to go to when he found a note with a very disturbing message on it. He didn't stop to tell anyone else about it though he knew it had something to do with Chloris mysterious disappearance. He remembered the guards told him earlier that a man was seen earlier carrying over his shoulder what looked like a sack. He didn't think anything about it at the time when he went looking for Chloris until he got the disturbing note that told him to go to a certain residence deep on the northern outskirts of the city where there was little influence of population and the place was well secluded. The house he knew all too well and it used to belong to a noble family until they died where it became rundown and abandoned. He headed in that direction since they had information on what happened to Chloris and her current whereabouts. He wanted to stop and find that person who they were talking about earlier, but he didn't have time. He had a suspicion that Chloris may have been inside the large brown burlap sack that some mysterious looking person was toting around earlier. If that was the case, she had been kidnapped and his first suspicion it was her parents since her father was very protective of his daughter. His assessment changed when he saw a fully cloaked figure that had their face completely covered waiting for him leaning up against the wall. Anger filled his eyes as he knew who exactly this person was and also knew how dangerous they really were. "Long time, no see, Luther. I hear your princess was abducted and taken to another castle." The figure said in an amused voice as he stood up from the wall. "You..." Luther said trying to contain his anger and prevent himself from strangling the man since he demanded to know where Chloris was taken to. He was really sure now that Chloris had been indeed abducted and the report he heard earlier about a woman that was being harassed and forced into an ally by suspicious figures was starting to truth to that light.
