Victor watched and processed all that was happening, but was making no gesture to help either side. He knew that he had to make a choice should he wish to make an impact on this time line but how. If he got anywhere near Kami she would surely use that thing to destroy him, but she wasn't involved in whatever was happening in the black dome that had formed a little ways from her. He stepped out into the street and in a matter of seconds was able to close the distance between him and the dome with astonishing speed.

Victor paused a moment before he opened up a wormhole that served as an opening in the wall. Light poured into the blackness but not enough to see what was happening so using heat vision Victor was able to make out two figures and one heated weapon. Acting fast after identifying the situation he increased the wormhole size to a diameter of 20 feet filling the area with light to further blind the attacker inside, and making him a stiletto against the bright light. Drawing his pistols he fired a volly of lasers at the one with the sword while making his way to the cowering victim not far from the wormhole. "RUN!" He yelled.
