Sort of. While I don't like people, I'm not mean to them either. I'll talk if spoken too, and if I'm in a group I'll make small talk, but I'm not going to go out of my way to talk to people or have social interactions. I'm not going to go up to some person and just start talking. If some guy comes up to me and starts talking, I usually tend to keep my answers short, at first, until I get to know him better xP
