but remember the killing curse can be used by pretty much any wizard, also Wonder Woman has taken hits from Captain Marvel and she still could keep going so it all depends on how all out Captain Marvel was going, also there's the factor that he is a ten year kid, so i don't think Billy would go all out and try to kill someone.
