I wouldn't say two paragraphs. 
That's advanced standards. 

2-3 sentences is casual. There's enough in 2-3 sentences to keep a casual pace. 2-3 paragraphs is not a casual pace. 
I post at an advanced level either way. Though, anyway, I saw nothing wrong with the way Expllo said what he said. 

Also, yes Tuujaima. There was a letter sent to all Kage. I would suggest skipping to Corrupt's post in that regard.
