He contemplated for a moment, as if praying for forgiveness to an old man. How very unfriendly his acts were to somebody that he just met and isn't exactly a male. Perhaps all the other years being educated within a restricted gender school was a factor deteriorating his behaviour around women. He acted perhaps a little over the top for talking to a girl, but so far she had shown nothing but the sweet, warm chocolate inside the roughly textured bread crust. It was thanks to her smile that made him loosen and feel comfortable-- A certified guarantee that she wasn't there to spoil what could be the greatest first day of school ever. The ice was broken once again as she spoke to address the matter. "I guess Mr. Collins, our homeroom teacher, was going to ask one of the guys to show you around. But I guess he has yet to do so, or everyone would know by now. They can't keep anything to themselves." Lann worked up a smile for this girl as she laughed, attempting to at least maintain eye contact for longer then half a second before swooping over to other things. He wasn't used to girls and since this was a school mixed with boys and girls... He's gonna have to confront it with open arms. Ultimately, he could hear her babbling on about something as he tried to ready himself facing the truth of this mixed-gender school. When his eyes returned, he saw her smiling again. "So, you were actually at your destination, that back there is our classroom. I'm Emilia, by the way." Emilia was the first name he would've heard that didn't sound plain or easy to guess. Other boys always mentioned how girls were always named with something so common such as Jessica, Pamela and Melissa. "That's quite the unique name." Lann naively commented after learning of her name. "I'm... Lann... Uhh, pleased to meet you Emilia." He wanted to give her his hand for a hand-shake, but his doubt overwhelmed him with it as his hands practically moved forward and back to where his hips were. "Wait... I went past it already when... I crashed into you?" He looked beside Emilia towards the direction she was from and saw Sirius moving into the classroom. "Oh... Dear..." There was another issue. "Do you... By any chance, know Sirius?" The thought of the time made him release his phone tucked in his pants and looked quickly into the screen before back to Emilia.
