Shusuke listened to his new found friend while he poured a cup for each of them. "I'm from a little place in the Seiretei where no one is too poor, no one is too rich. It's a very balanced inner society there." he said, now sipping his cup and looking at the falling blossoms. "My parents just knew that there was a better life out there for me, more than balance but-" he struggled to find the word, "-enlightenment?" he asked, not sure if that was what he meant. It was difficult for him to express himself on the matter, as he clearly had more than those from the Rukon district and didn't want to take what he had for granted. This of course doesn't mean that even a king can't strive for more power, for more respect. "What about you?" he asked, now realizing a more important question. "And what am I to call you?"
