Pretty sure only the dragon tamers have any kind of magic like that? Also I've been talking to the GM for a long time about having a power similar to yours after my character becomes a dragon tamer and the impression I get from her is that it would take a long time and alot of work to get to. Other than that, Ooo a tribal character! :D
