Shiro

Shiro watched the Captain block his attack which angered Shiro slightly then he listened to what the Captain said and that was good an all but how the hell did he go about doing that!? he was trying as it was and if that was doing nothing then right about now he almost no hope!...but then...something clicked in Shiro's head...something he learned when in the Academy. He never took much notice of it but the teachers said it was the only time they had seen Spiritual energy used in such a deadly way...maybe it would be worth a try. Shiro watched the Captain and really following him was difficult but it was instinct that got him out of getting hit as he shunpoed back away from the Captain then once he stopped he held out his Zanpakuto then placed his left hand on it's hilt...something Shiro never did...not ever. However for some reason this allowed Shiro to control his spiritual energy slightly better...maybe it was because he was going off a skill he learned in the Academy which needed this sort of control. Shiro pulled the Zanpakuto behind his head slowly, both hands still on the Zanpakuto as he slashed down to the ground with great speed releasing a large arc of Spiritual energy that didn't seem so out of control...in fact,,,it seemed larger with more control. Shiro used the usual steps he'd follow to execute Ryodan but modifying it to allow him to use his spiritual energy in different ways and in doing this it helped him control his energy more...

Kurisa

Kurisa watched John and before long he saw what John was capable of and it was acceptable for his Squad...if Kurisa had been around Johns level of power he would of struggled and he took this into mind but before John got any closer Kurisa raised his forearm and pointed at John then fired off a Bakudo 61 to stop him in his tracks "That's enough...you have what it takes to get into my Squad...welcome to Squad 6. Go rest, relax, train, I really do not care just take the rest of the day off...tomorrow the work starts..." Kurisa then released John from the Bakudo and made his way back into Squad 6 and then to his office
