Hmm.. Sprains maybe, because the muscle/joint isn't too damaged, just stretched, but fractures or actual broken bones, no, I don't think so. She can't actually fix or mend the actual tissue/muscle or bone directly. The most she could probably do is speed up the healing [i]process[/i] a bit. 

Photojournalism seems like fun. It sorta just popped in there, so I ran with it. :) I only realized just yesterday that our two are going to be meeting up xD
