Following Alex to the infirmary, Charlotte gave her a small, nervous smile. Her ribs ached dully, an ocassional sharp pang shooting up her side, causing her to gasp in shock, stopping where she was to recover for a few seconds. Reaching the nurse's office with much effort and struggling on her behalf, Charlotte got onto the bed. Coughing a tad, the young woman smiled at Alex. "Thank you for defending me back there, dear. I'd have been so much worse off. You, quite literally, kicked Felicity's ass for me." Removing her top to show the bruising on her ribs, Charlotte crossed her arms across her non-existant chest, blushing. "I hurt, so much."
