Getting off the train, Eddy watched among the crowd of horrified onlookers as the metahuman Abaddon tore out Obliterate's innards. Disappointing,he was going to kill Obliterate next, it looked like someone did the job for him. Quietly he broke off from the crowd and pulled out a pre-pay cellphone. He dialed a number and brought it up to his ear. He heard a click on the other side signaling someone had answered. "Obliterate is dead, how do I proceed," he said as he turned back to look at the distant figure of Abaddon who had just killed Obliterate. Previous damage around the area seems to fit Obliterate's capabilities. Aggression of that level is not normal, Abaddon's retaliation was to be expected but there was something wrong with how Obliterate had been acting. The voice on the other side answered, "Kill heroes, each hero you kill will earn you a fortune." A click signaled the receiver had disconnected. Eddy crushed the phone beneath his heel and threw it into a garbage truck. The game had begun.
