Kaizo listened to everyone then nodded and spoke "Well it's settled then...Shoske and the Squad 4 guy will go replace the seal whilst me and Aokiji keep this bastard busy...we aren't trying to win just keep him busy...then once it's done we get the hell out of here. I don't know how long we will last but hurry the hell up whatever you two do..." Kaizo then felt the hollows spiritual energy becoming more tempered and then unsheathed his Zanpakuto "We go loud now...there is no way of tip toeing around this guy..." Kaizo then began to raise his spiritual energy slightly then it burst out of him as he held his Zanpakuto out infront of him and began tearing it in two "Shatter their souls, Kyotetsu!!" Kaizo then ripped his Zanpakuto in two releasing a large shockwave then his Zanpakuto appeared in it's Shikai form as he cocked his right fist back as it became coated in fire then he punched forward releasing a large pillar of fire that was aimed to try take out most of the oncoming flames...fighting fire with fire...something he had only heard of...he didn't know if it worked or not
