Basically, Sage is limiting powers because everyone seems to have strong powers that would be a little OP if everyone had full control of them after one year. This happened in our last RP and things happened quicker than they should have.

As an example of what your characters COULD control, Arianna will be able to control small objects in a very close range to her and hear loud thoughts every now and then.
