I can't really give much of an opinion on the king of Atlantis or the dragon since...I don't know what you have in mind for either of them, but Nyarlathotep is an almost definite no and, while I might be missing something, google and wikipedia are telling me that the rokea is less of a Hawaiian mythological creature and more of a race in Werewolf: The Apocalypse.
