"I know... I know we don't want him to die...!" Takeshi snapped, groaning as he ran a hand through his hair. They had so much to do, a lot of people were relying on them and one false step could screw it all up. If they did anything wrong here people would die, people that they were supposed to save. Looking down at Shu he closed his eyes for a moment, breathing deeply before dropping his hand and smiling sadly. "I'm sorry Shu... I didn't mean to upset you." Gently putting a hand on his brother's head and giving his hair a patting the older boy looked back towards Katas' building, thinking on their next move seriously for a moment. Shu was likely right, acting so soon would seem fishy. Maybe they could see about getting a meal before going on with their plans. Takeshi looked back to his sibling with a gentle smile, pointing over his shoulder back towards the central part of the city. "How about we go find some lunch? We'll work better on a full stomach, yeah? After we eat we can start looking into things, how's that sound?" "I'm an inventor, I guess you could say... And a scientist, and a doctor." Vegeta mused, smiling a bit proudly whilst crossing his arms. "I'm afraid I'm not that good at all of it though. Both of my parents were leagues above where I am, even before my age. I'm doing my best to live up to their standards, but it's hardly easy." Kai didn't seem like he knew what he wanted, which was strange. Then again from what he understood about being under the king's rule you didn't exactly get a chance to aspire to be anything, you were either a soldier or a servant. Not being able to choose your own fate, that was one luxury Vegeta now realized he had definitely taken for granted. "Why not do what your parents do? I mean wouldn't that be nice? Part of the reason I'm so passionate about my science is because it's sort of a way to honour my parents. Sure I do little things on the side for me, but science has been my biggest outlet, and really I've been happy with it. Or heck, maybe you and Choi could find something to do together." Yumi giggled airily as she sprung herself over Choi, thoroughly enjoying herself already. Immediately going on the offensive upon landing she found her attack easily countered, leaping back and mirroring the Saiyan's moves as she smiled. "Fighting by yourself is hard, you're lucky to have someone whose usually at your side," Yumi chirped, taking a stance herself. "But sometimes you're going to find your brother isn't there, so you'll have to fight alone. Like now for instance!" With a smirk Yumi pushed off the ground, racing just above the surface towards Choi. As the distance closed she put a foot down and launched herself up towards a tree, flipping in the process and hitting the underside of a branch with the flats of her feet. Grinning toothily the Beastman then launched herself at an angle, trying to simply tackle the Saiyan into the ground and pin him.
