@Assallya: I thought that was also the [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boatswain]Boatswain's job.[/url] However, the Sailing Captain still sets sails, but other crew members work on maintaining and changing them upon orders. I can add a helmsman position that is separate from the sailing master. Thank you for informing me!
