Hm. 

I'm guessing mid-tier is probably 25 to 50 tons or so. I'm sort of assuming high-tier characters are approximately two, three or four times more powerful than your run-of-the-mill intermediate character. 

Might help if Skall or Rilla chime in for this one before I fool around and submit yet another character that Skall will complain about---and that I will put up an ensuing [s]shitstorm[/s] stalwart defense over.
