"Use your head means to think about it," Takeshi explained, smiling as he reached over and ruffled Shu's hair. "Katas told us to do that so I did. And married means... Well it means... When two people like each other a lot and they want to be together, they get married. They wear rings and have a family, you know... Stuff like that." Takeshi was becoming red in the face a bit as it dawned on him he wasn't too sure what marriage entailed either. He knew what it was, but the intricacies of the whole business were lost on him. "Yeah, we'll get some real food after we talk to Ka'shra, whatever you want. And save the sweets for now, yeah? If you eat all of those you're not going to have room for anything else!" Turning his back to Shu the older boy glanced over his shoulder, gesturing for him to come over. "Want a piggy back ride there? It'll give you a break for a bit and a chance to relax." "Like I said, I speak my mind whenever something comes up. But... Maybe I'll censor it just a little bit from now on." Figuring that Yumi, Takeshi, Viral and Vegeta would all more than willingly smack him for an off-comment he certainly had it going against him. Smiling nervously Kabocha stepped into the house, almost immediately being greeted with the smell of something sweet being cooked. Salivating slightly he looked over at Kai curiously, quirking an eyebrow before heading towards the kitchen. His surprise was tangible when he poked his head through the door, spotting Choi and Yumi working together on making their next meal. Blinking in disbelief he yanked himself back into the hallway, looking at Kai in silent amazement and pointing in the direction of the pair. "Holy crap... Yumi isn't killing him!" he whispered, suppressing a playful grin. "Looks like your brother's got a girlfriiiiiend." "It's not my place to talk to Shu about it. The difference is that Shu has Takeshi constantly with him, he's got someone to talk to if need be. You don't, besides Yumi and I. That's why we're trying to be around you, so we can be there if you want to talk. And even if the memories are painful recounting and facing them is the best way to get better. Just tucking them away or suppressing them means they'll always be coming back, and when they do it'll only hurt more." Viral seemed rather against having any sort of support system, as much as he did simply talking in the first place. Vegeta had a fair difficult time figuring just why that was honestly, it wasn't his pride keeping him from talking, or was it? Perhaps it was fear too, fear over what had been done to him and fear over having to recount it. Whatever the case the things holding the Beastman back were fairly strong. "It doesn't matter how old you are, what happened can bother anyone. Yumi's talked to me in private about her time there already, and you're about the same age. Viral... Really, if you're afraid over something then you can say it, no one is going to think any less of you. This is the last chance I'm giving you for now though, if you don't want to say anything then fine, I'll leave you be for the rest of the day."
