Hm... not sure (my brain keeps nagging me saying wolves don't have lips xP). It might work. Do you plan on RPing the female too? Or would she have been taken? Also, usually the splices would be a little more... sciency. Like, there needs to be a reason he can talk. (Also that is so similar to this idea I had for Neil later on/for something else and I don't want to seem like I'm stealing is, as it's different, but so very close... damn). I'm really not sure if it would work... What is the explanation for how it can talk? Is it a human splice? Is there a device? Also, does this mean it has a human level intelligence?

Also, the idea I had for Neil was something like the scientists might have tried to breed him at some point to see if they could recreate what he was, and he's deeply ashamed of it, despite the fact that they forced him. But that would be a past thing, and I imagine there would be similar experiments... so it could work.
