You will indeed be able to see him, and the not stonehenge. Normally no you wouldn't have been able to but now you can.

FYI I am adjusting some stuff about Bawzel. I am making the amount of time he has actually been back unknown and making the time the raids have been happening for seven weeks. 
I mean, no way a fortress could be built in seven weeks for instance.
