Hey Skallagrim, can I introduce the Mad God as a non-critical multiverse participant, just for some comic relief in the Nexus Of Worlds?

I can restrict his powers a little bit so the Dreamers are still on top, when he's in their realm at any rate. It would also give me something to put in the fail OOC post.
