Thus why Allaria made people have weaknesses that they couldn't readily control on their own. Fuck all that super rare flower from the unexplorable place crap.

The thing about bullets is, as ASTA said, hitting a moving target. Chances are, in a fight, they aren't standing still. It mostly comes down to someone playing fair and whatnot. But that's hard to come by since many decide to use exceedingly quick characters, or play just on the edge of 'okay, that's legal' and 'what the fuck that makes no sense'. 

Also, I'm not creating a faction - at least not for here. I just, genuinely, like creating characters.
