About the posting order, I think it would work if all characters involved in a specific situation respond to the plot before somebody makes a post. If that makes sense?

Like if three characters are on a mission and bandits appear, you can your response and wait for the others to respond before posting again, but if your character isn't involved with the mission and doing something else, you can post. Really it's just common sense, I think the only reason everything got jumbled is because everybody is in the process of introducing themselves but also interacting with others at the same time.
