The Doctor's face widened into a grin, but there was tears in his eyes "Yes thats her." he was surprised that this was Rose's cousin. He hadn't seen that coming. He closed his eyes as she tried to help his aching head "Yeah I know, kind of does suck sometimes that I can't take it, But it could kill me and If I was lucky I'd live but just get worse."
He was coughing a bit and held his chest a bit, he knew that his chest was a bit sore from being so sick. He looked at her, He supposed that now she would realize a hospital was too risky for him.

The Doctor nodded and looked at her "Is actually not good idea to be here, But I know you didn't know and were only helping," he coughed more, his voice was a bit strained, so only she would hear anyways. He knew that he needed to get out of the hospital.
He was holding his head still as he waited to see if he would be able to go, if not it seemed he would need to escape maybe.
