Kindness for kindness! So your people can theoretically remain outside of their land for so long as they have Harkti leaves to filter oxygen? I'm assuming any oxygen-breathing species would find it tough to live in your land because of that; any diplomatic meetings would probably need to be done just outside your land where Harkti bushes aren't in large concentration.
